last day at OLOG High

My last day at OLOG was fun and emotional. The staff surprised me with a good bye party. I cried of course. The kids played volleyball and soccer. We had cake, ice cream and drinks.  I received several cards and small gifts. We exchanged contact information and hugged. I am so very grateful for my time here.  I will never forget the students or staff. I was able to exchange contact information with a few students. I hope to be able to keep up with them because I can't wait to see what they do. I gave out thank you cards to several staff members that were warm and welcoming to me.  I wrote a letter to the student body which was read to each class. I said this to them:
Dear OLOG students. It has been my pleasure and honor getting to know you and to meet each of you. Stay beautiful. You all are amazing and I cant wait to see what you do. Never let circumstances or life struggles hold you back. Take advantage of whats in front of you. It's your future make the best of it. I will leave you with these words: Hard work is a two way street; you get out what you put in it.  Always remember that the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra. Be extraordinary. Do the extra. Push yourself because no one is going to do it for you.

a- ordinary is that little extra. Be extra-ordinary
